Why I Haven't Posted Recently

     I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but I haven't posted on either one of my blogs for over a month. Looking back at both pages, I haven't posted on ABCTE Teacher since the beginning of May and I haven't posted on Fitness and Books since late April.
      To be honest with you, there isn't much to update. I went back to work, but it hasn't gone as expected. I am working very few hours because of the Coronavirus. My unemployment has also been pending since I went back to work at the end of May. I'm still trying to get that fixed right now and looking into finding a second job if I need to.
     Not much has changed on the health/fitness side of things either. I have been creating my own workouts and trying them out since I became certified in March. But right now I'm taking a break to try/learn from a workout guide I bought a few years ago and never tried. It is by Jess Massey who used to be a personal trainer a few years ago, but now owns another company called Hustle Sanely.
     I also had some personal reasons why I haven't written. My grandma passed away at the end of May. And honestly, I just haven't been motivated or inspired to write recently. Not much has changed  in a positive way to write about. I wish I could report meeting some of the goals I set at the beginning of the year, but Covid has gotten in the way of that recently.
     So for now, this is post is a life update. Hopefully I will get some inspiration to write and have something positive to update you about soon.

My Inventory of Workout Guides and Meal Plans

Here is a little bit of information about the inventory of workout guides and meal plans I have:

The first guide I bought from Blogilates was the New Body Make Over meal plan.I loosely followed this in college when I needed to lose weight.

What I'm Focusing on Right Now

Like I have mentioned before, I was unhappy when gyms closed due to the recent pandemic. I was actually just about to join one to work on one of my goals- lifting heavier and was excited to be able to use equipment I don't have access to at home.
    Despite what is going on right now, I have been doing well working out at home. I have been creating my own workouts using the weights I already have and have had time to do many things I wouldn't have been able to otherwise.
     Lately, I have had time to walk, bike, and run on the Greenbelt next to my apartment. I have also done hiking nearby too. What I'm especially thankful for is that I don't have a time limit to workout so I'm often out for over an hour at a time working out and
enjoying the scenery around me.
     If you have felt upset about gyms closing too, I understand. I wanted to see progress in my lifting ability. It would have also been nice to be able to apply my new knowledge as a personal train…
