Why I Haven't Posted Recently

I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but I haven't posted on either one of my blogs for over a month. Looking back at both pages, I haven't posted on ABCTE Teacher since the beginning of May and I haven't posted on Fitness and Books since late April.
To be honest with you, there isn't much to update. I went back to work, but it hasn't gone as expected. I am working very few hours because of the Coronavirus. My unemployment has also been pending since I went back to work at the end of May. I'm still trying to get that fixed right now and looking into finding a second job if I need to.
Not much has changed on the health/fitness side of things either. I have been creating my own workouts and trying them out since I became certified in March. But right now I'm taking a break to try/learn from a workout guide I bought a few years ago and never tried. It is by Jess Massey who used to be a personal trainer a few years ago, but now owns another company called Hustle Sanely.
I also had some personal reasons why I haven't written. My grandma passed away at the end of May. And honestly, I just haven't been motivated or inspired to write recently. Not much has changed  in a positive way to write about. I wish I could report meeting some of the goals I set at the beginning of the year, but Covid has gotten in the way of that recently.
So for now, this is post is a life update. Hopefully I will get some inspiration to write and have something positive to update you about soon.

My Inventory of Workout Guides and Meal Plans

Here is a little bit of information about the inventory of workout guides and meal plans I have:

1. Blogilates

The first guide I bought from Blogilates was the New Body Make Over meal plan.I loosely followed this in college when I needed to lose weight.

https://www.piit28.com/store/42Lz5q5ZOther guides I bought by Cassey Ho included her book Hot Body Year Round and PIIT 1.0. PIIT 1.0 sounded like a fun guide to try because I followed her on Youtube, but I never tried it because it involves jumping and I couldn't figure out how to make it apartment friendly. 2. Love Sweat Fitnesshttps://my.lovesweatfitness.com/collections/hot-body-guidesI have two workout guides (Hot Body Sweat Guide 1.0 and 2.0), a meal plan (The Hot Body Meal Plan), and a couple of recipe guides including the Guiltless Nutrition Lifestyle and Recipe Book and the first Guiltless Nutrition Guide (not pictured) Katie Dunlop came out with. I have done the Hot Body Sweat Guide 1.0 a few times, but didn’t finish 2.0 …

How I'm Furthering My Education Since Becoming a Personal Trainer

Since becoming a certified personal trainer in March, I have had extra time on my hands. Three weeks to be exact. This has given me time to take multiple classes. I’m actually almost done with my recertification classes that aren’t due for two more years. This is what I have been working on lately:
1. I took a couple of classes about becoming an online personal trainer. The day after I became certified, I watched a webinar by NPE called How To Lead Your Business through COVID-19. This workshop talked about how to move your fitness business online as gyms were starting to get closed throughout the country. I also took a 3 day masterclass called How to Transition to Online Fitness Coaching by Amanda O’Mara on Facebook. It gave me a lot of ideas and tools I could use to start a new business. Right now I’m just not sure if I want to start a business. I’m still trying to decide.
2. I have finished almost 4 recertification classes. Even though I don’t have to take recertification clas…
