What I'm Dealing With as a Newly Certified Personal Trainer

This week I had cause for celebration. I officially became a NASM certified personal trainer. But during the same week, school was cancelled temporarily so I didn't have work. School might even be cancelled for a longer amount of time due to the Corona virus. I’m just waiting for an announcement next week. I was also unable to join a gym to start implementing what I learned as a personal trainer. So what am I doing right now?   I’m trying to make the most of my situation with the tools I have. I actually have quite a few pieces of equipment that I have been using to workout at home (my apartment) for   5 years- a yoga mat, weights ranging from 2 to 12 lbs, and a foam roller. I also have been working on creating my own workouts lately and have access to Youtube, several workout guides, and a workout game called Ring Fit. Next week, I’m looking forward to starting Love Sweat Fitness’ Spring Slim down challenge. I wasn’t sure if I was going to participate in it before, but it so
